In these uncertain times, many people's lives have changed radically, and we are all encountering new challenges. If you feel overwhelmed, or are casting around for a source of help to see you through what seems like a bewildering or difficult time, l would like to offer a space where you can safely explore things beneath the surface.
Therapy can be a way of facing the issues that are troubling you. Through it you can be guided on how to understand yourself better, and how to find the deeper centre of your being, where problems can be seen in a new perspective: a place where you encounter your own wisdom and creative potential.
The vision on which I base my work is pluralistic and grounded in tolerance and a welcoming attitude. I am passionate in helping people in becoming their authentic selves, dealing with work related and life dilemmas in emotionally hard times, crises and conflict.
I am an independent professional psychotherapist, clinical supervisor and a leadership coach, with a degree in psychology. For the last 25 years I work with individuals and groups, dealing with a wide range of issues both in various mental health institutions as well as in my private practices. I also run personal growth/support groups and experiential weekend workshops.
