I believe strongly that real change can result from being listened to in a safe and non judgemental space. Psychotherapy is at its core about listening actively and being able to share our feelings with another person who is outside our usual friend and family sphere. This makes it unique in that it is an opportunity to take time for yourself to reflect and think. I have met and helped people over the years with a variety of concerns including General Anxiety Disorder, relationship issues, panic, depression, pre and post natal worries, separation and self esteem.
I regularly attend Continual Professional Development courses and receive regular supervision.
I have full cover professional indemnity insurance and subscribe to the UKCP code of ethics.
