I worked for the NHS for 10 years, particularly in the field of Eating Disorders. I have recently moved to New Zealand with my family, but continue to work with clients living in the UK via video call and telephone meetings. I use Skype, Duo, Google Meet or Zoom.
My experience is that tele-therapy is an incredible resource, especially if you find it difficult to commute and travel for appointments for any reason, or need appointments outside usual working hours.
