I am a qualified, accredited and registered integrative psychotherapist & counsellor, mindfulness facilitator and senior yoga teacher. I have over 10 years experience working with people who are suffering from anxiety and depression, abuse, trauma, problems in relationships, cultural and identity issues, and life transitions such as ending of relationships, retirement, losses, immigration/emigration.
I work in both the NHS and in Private Practice offering therapy in English and German.
Like all UKCP registered psychotherapists and psychotherapeutic counsellors I can work with a wide range of issues, but here are some areas in which I have a special interest or additional experience.
