Theodora is an Integrative Child Psychotherapist.
She combines different approaches such as psychodynamic, existential, attachment based therapy and humanistic models. The method she uses, varies according to the individual and the presenting issues. In the therapy room various creative media are incorporated whilst working with clients such as art, play, mindfulness sand therapy in order to facilitate the exploration and expression of feelings and thoughts.
When working with children and young people, parents are often involved in the process by means of regular meetings. This gives parents an opportunity to discuss further any problematic areas and review progress.
Theodora has an MA in Integrative Child Psychotherapy and MA in Counselling and Psychotherapy.

Like all UKCP registered psychotherapists and psychotherapeutic counsellors I can work with a wide range of issues, but here are some areas in which I have a special interest or additional experience.
