I am a UKCP-accredited psychotherapist Core Process Psychotherapist (CPP), currently working mostly online during the Covid 19 pandemic, but also in person (out- and indoors). CPP, a mindfulness based, transpersonal approach, aims to address all aspects that make us who we are; there is complete interaction between the heart, mind, body, and spirit. Practicing mindfulness in relationship, I seek to offer a safe, non-judgemental space in which to deeply explore and integrate with kindness and compassion, orienting to your inherent health and wisdom, thus enabling you to move beyond your patterning and changing your relationship to yourself and others.
I have experience with a range of issues, among others: grief, depression and anxiety, trauma, childhood trauma, abandonment and abuse, self-esteem, attachment and relationship issues, disordered eating and self-harm. Originally a dance and movement practitioner I have worked as a craniosacral therapist since 2007; both inform my deeply embodied approach to CPP.
Like all UKCP registered psychotherapists and psychotherapeutic counsellors I can work with a wide range of issues, but here are some areas in which I have a special interest or additional experience.
