About Me

I am an Integrative Psychotherapist and Counsellor working in private practice in South Yorkshire. I work with adults (18+) on a one-one basis and offer short or long-term sessions. I offer a safe and non-judgemental space where you can explore areas of your life that concern or trouble you at the moment. As an integrative therapist, I can draw on a range of therapeutic approaches so that we can establish a preferred way of working that best supports you through the changes you’re hoping to make. An initial meeting gives us the opportunity to explore these and establish whether we feel positive working together. I have worked with people experiencing a broad range of issues – including (but not limited to) depression, anxiety, relationships, illness, work-place stress. Whatever brings you to therapy, we can explore what’s going on for you and consider new ways for you to take care of yourself and your needs. If you would like to discuss working together please do get in touch.
