My Approach

I am an Integrative Psychotherapist and trained at Regents University London, I offer both short and long-term work with adults on an individual basis.

About Me

I cover a wide range of issues and have over 20 years experience in the field of counselling & psychotherapy. I have worked in a variety of settings including adult and children's hospice's, GP surgeries, general hospitals, private practice and as a tutor in further education. I hold a Diploma in professional supervision and offer individual and group sessions. My private practice is based in the Aton/Alresford area, East Hampshire.

I have a wealth of experience of working with individuals and their families, from the point of diagnosis of a serious condition onwards.
