My Approach

I am a psychotherapist ad group analyst with over 18 years experience. I work on zoom and face to face. Beginning psychotherapy is an important undertaking and during the initial consultation, I can assist you in deciding if this is for you. In my work I recognise the strengths that have enabled people to reach a point in their lives where they can use psychotherapy. Such strengths are identified during our work together and built upon as a part of the psychotherapeutic process
I am a psychotherapist and consultant with many years of experience in private practice, and the NHS. I aim to respond quickly to new enquiries, and can usually offer an appointment within a week. If you are suffering from depression, anxiety, struggling with difficult thoughts and feelings, or have a personal relationship or family problems.
My specialities include helping with depression, anxiety states, relationship difficulties, secual dysfunction, alcohol and drug problems, eating problems and addictions.
As well as my private practice with individuals and groups, I am a consultant and senior academic.
​​I offer clinical supervision and consultancy to organisations and professionals working in the field of psychotherapy. I trained at the Institute of Group Analysis, Tavistock Clinic and The Guild of Psychotherapists.
I have provided psychotherapy supervision in a wide variety of therapeutic environments, including hospitals, clinics and private practice.
I teach clinical supervision in the UK and I am a training psychotherpaist to three institutions.
I also offer group and individual psychotherpay and clinical supervision via zoom
