My Approach

I offer a warm and compassionate approach. I provide a space for you to be completely yourself, regardless of what you are currently going through.

I meet you where you are, with warmth, curiosity, and respect.

How I work:

In our work together, I offer a space of deep presence—where you can slow down, tune in, and reconnect with yourself in a meaningful way. I believe that healing begins when we feel truly seen, heard, and understood.

Therapy with me is a collaborative process. I trust in your innate capacity for growth and self-knowing. My role is to walk alongside you: to hold space for what’s hard to face alone, and to support you in uncovering new possibilities for healing, change, and self-connection.

I am here to support you if you are:

- Yearning for a feeling of belonging and connection.
- Experiencing anxiety, depression and/or suicidal thoughts.
- Struggling in your relationships with friends and family - whilst also wanting to explore your most important relationship, that with yourself.
- Experiencing issues around trauma, co-dependency, low self-esteem and negative self-talk.
- Feeling lost and confused and frightened.
- Struggling with feelings of shame, guilt, anger, rejection, sadness and grief.
- Interested in exploring the wisdom of your dream world for personal growth and understanding.

About Me

My name is Steve and I am a transpersonal therapist.

After years of supporting people as the manager of a respite care centre and as a shamanic practitioner of the Inca and Toltec traditions, I am now bringing my warm, non-judgmental and compassionate approach to my work as a therapist.

My intention is to offer a safe space for you to explore your feelings and emotions and together we can bring some clarity to the issues you would like to work on and shed light on what may previously have been hidden, gradually allowing for your true, empowered self to emerge into the world.

I offer both online and face to face therapy in Colindale and Golders Green, NW London.

Special Interests

Like all UKCP registered psychotherapists and psychotherapeutic counsellors I can work with a wide range of issues, but here are some areas in which I have a special interest or additional experience.

I hold a safe space for you to sit with feeling of anxiety and to explore the core message that is trying to be expressed underneath it.
As a former manager of a respite sanctuary for the suicidal, I have sat with hundreds of people either struggling with their own suicidal ideation or dealing with the suicide of a loved one. My approach is to be gentle and curious about suicidal thoughts. To gradually bring them to light and reducing shame around them. I feel that is where real healing can lie.
