My Approach

I am trained in existential phenomenological psychology and psychotherapy. I also draw on ACT and Mindfulness. Essentially my focus is on the here and now, and I provide a warm, non-judgemental therapeutic space to explore any challenges you might be facing.

About Me

I am an Existential psychotherapist with extensive NHS and third-sector experience. I have also been in private practice for several years and specialise in supporting individuals through difficult life stages. My expertise is in psycho-oncology and rare diseases, working with issues such as coming to terms with diagnosis, loss of identity, impact on relationships, and confronting mortality.

I am a recognised provider with WPA, Aviva, VitalityHealth and AXA Health.

I am also available to supervise practitioners wanting to gain experience in this specialist area.
