I currently offer online sessions and walking therapy sessions, which are conducted within the COVID safety guidelines and have the benefit
of being outdoors and including gentle exercise. All my therapeutic work is Integrative; its foundation is psychodynamic but its context is Transpersonal, which means that my outlook is creative and hopeful.
Psychotherapy and counselling are immensely helpful tools when life challenges us beyond what we feel we can cope with: the sudden loss of a job, the breakup of a relationship or the loss of a loved one. But even when we are not dealing with something as big as this and may simply feel adrift, as if life has lost its meaning, or when we are struggling to reconnect to a sense of enthusiasm either professionally or personally, psychotherapy and counselling can help us to understand what is going on and enable us to bring about the changes, which will transofrm us into a better version of ourselves. My commitment to you is to work in the most relational, creative and hopeful way in order to bring about this change. We can do this, face-to-face, online or out in nature with Walking Therapy.
