Hello - if you are looking at this you I guess you may be experiencing some problems or stresses in your life. I am a UCKP qualified psychotherapist and also a BACP registered practitioner. I work in a compassionate relational way that places your needs and desires central to the therapeutic space at every point in your journey. I believe that the developing relationship between us creates a medium which has the potential be transformative. As we work together to develop a trusting relationship we can work through your current presenting issues, their root causes and uncover any limiting behaviours and beliefs. By doing so you will develop a greater understanding and self-compassion, allowing you to emerge into your true power and live to your maximum potential.
I am an integrative practitioner which means that rather than be guided by one therapeutic approach I am able to draw on several approaches in an integrated framework in order to develop a style of working together that uniquely suits your needs.
I work with clients who are experiencing short-term situational issues such as bereavement, relationship issues and other life crises including simply a sense of incompleteness and stuckness. I have experience working with clients dealing with addiction, anxiety, depression, suicidal thoughts, the aftermath of rape, abuse including childhood physical, emotional and sexual abuse.
I hold an MSc in Integrative Psychotherapy, The Metanoia Diploma in Integrative Psychotherapy and the Metanoia Diploma in Integrative Psychodynamic Counselling.
