I am a psychodynamically trained group analyst working with individuals and groups. I am do work with couples and families. I have many years of experience of working within specialist personality disorder services and with personality disordered patients in various settings within the NHS. I also practice as an organisational consultant using systems psychodynamic approaches to organisations and groups. My research interests centre around exploring HRO systems, organisational risk and systemic intermittence processes. I teach in various psychotherapy organisations and I also practice as a clinical supervisor and coach in various settings with varied client groups both within the statutory and non statutory sector. I currently work within the NHS as a highly specialist clinician and in senior Management roles including IAPT, EIP and Community Mental Health teams. I am leading transformational systems change programmes in complex organisational environments. I lecture at various training institutions as a senior lecturer in topics related to treatment efficacy, diagnostic assessment, Bipolar and Personality disorders, psychotherapy, organisational consultancy and psychology.
