About Me

Welcome! I hold a Master Degree in Mindfulness Core Process Psychotherapy (CPP) and offer a safe, confidential and compassionate space in which we can explore the difficulties you wish to bring. I have a relational and collaborative approach to creating the space for you to explore and find your sense of Self . I work skilfully with the ancient Art of Mindfulness, integrating modern approaches, allowing us to cultivate our self-awareness. Through being with, and acknowledging, that what is difficult and challenging for us, the roots of our experiences are allowed to arise and unfold.
With time we will be able to transform our sense of Self and step anew into relation with others, and reconnect with our community and the World. I view all our life experiences, the good and the bad, as stepping stones on our path towards Self-realisation.

CPP is an unique blend of Eastern and Western psychology, which I enrich with 20 years experience in Counselling.

I am happy to work short, long or open term depending on what difficulties you wish to bring and explore. Sometimes we are not sure what troubles us, but its more a feeling of something is 'not right', or 'missing'.
Sometimes it is the sense that 'history is repeating itself', or we find ourselves 'going around in circles'.

The initial consultation is £40, and is to talk about what you are hoping for from psychotherapy and to ask me any questions you may have.

For arranging an initial session please get in touch via email or telephone.

After the initial meeting you can reflect on whether you wish to work with me and start psychotherapy. Should you wish to go ahead with the psychotherapy, then the follow on session will be a double therapy session to allow us time to complete a more detailed assessment. At that time we can also arrange the regular time and date of our weekly sessions.

My standard fee is £60
Concessional rates are Trainee psychotherapists £45, and university students £40
