About Me

Hello. My name is Shaun, and I provide psychotherapy in a safe and confidential environment, to collaboratively explore any issues and difficulties you may be experiencing. My approach is integrative: I adapt my approach to suit the client’s needs and draw on a range of schools of psychology to work with each unique individual.

I have three degrees in Psychology, including a Doctorate in Counselling Psychology and Psychotherapy (Metanoia Institute), and am a UKCP registered Psychotherapist and Counselling Psychologist. I have several years' experience working with clients experiencing a wide range of difficulties, from anxiety, depression and relationship issues to personality disorders. I work with both long and short-term clients, though I aim to build a long-term therapeutic relationship with my clients. In addition to my private practice, I have also worked at MIND (the mental health charity) and the NHS.

How it works: We would start with an initial consultation session which allows us to explore your reasons for seeking therapy, and mutually decide if we are a good fit to work together.

I practice from two locations: Ladbroke Grove near Notting Hill in West London and Marylebone in Central London.

My fee is on a sliding scale of £90 to £110 per 50 minute session, depending on one's financial circumstances. The initial consultation is charged at the same rate.
