Deciding to have therapy can be a big step so it is understandable that you may feel nervous or apprehensive. In my practice, my aim is to provide a safe place where we can explore whatever you struggle with at your own pace. I also believe that a trusting relationship, built upon authenticity and free from preconceptions and judgment, is an essential ingredient in any work we do together.
I am interested in early life issues and developmental trauma because I believe that our early experiences and relationships very much shape our current way of being in the world. They can also shape our relationship with ourselves and with others. Exploring them is often long term and rewarding work. However sometimes, a more focused, short term approach is needed to address a specific problem or concern. I can help with this as well.
