You may be feeling, anxious, worried or disconnected. We all go through challenging times in our lives when we need to find better coping strategies or evaluate how we want to better live our lives. I offer a safe and supportive space where we can explore challenges and where positive change can begin to happen. My aim is not only to help you resolve current issues but also be able to express your individuality and potential.
I am a trained psychotherapeutic counsellor with several years of experience of working with a range of clients. I trained at the Institute of Psychosynthesis in London and hold a Masters in Psychosynthesis Psychology. Prior to this I worked in Banking in the City of London.
