I offer a transformative type of therapy known as IFS (https://ifs-institute.com), which works in detail with every aspect of the personality to bring about deep healing, lasting change and a genuine renewal of faith in self and life.
I specialise in working with anxiety, OCD and problems stemming from multi-generational addictive behaviours.
UKCP: This member has completed UKCP Covid-19 Online Working Guidance.
I am an IFS therapist (Level 3, 2019) and integrative counsellor based in the UK. I have also written several books, including 'What would Freud Do?" (now available in 13 languages), the 'Children's Book of Philosophy' (DK) and 'Instant Psychology' (Wellbeck 2021). In 2020 I was privileged to be asked to write the introduction to a new edition of Freud's 'The Interpretation of Dreams' (Capstone, 2020).
Like all UKCP registered psychotherapists and psychotherapeutic counsellors I can work with a wide range of issues, but here are some areas in which I have a special interest or additional experience.
