I am a UKCP-registered Psychoanalytic Psychotherapist working in private practice in Canterbury (CT1) and Faversham (ME13). I have extensive experience working within NHS settings, including community mental health services and a GP practice in Canterbury. I also have a particular interest in eating disorders and disordered eating patterns, having worked within a specialist Eating Disorders Service.
My work is informed by psychoanalytic thinking and focuses on understanding unconscious processes, early experiences, and relational patterns that may be contributing to current difficulties. I aim to provide a confidential, reflective space where complex emotional issues can be explored at depth, supporting meaningful and lasting change.
I work face to face with adults and also offer video appointments when appropriate.
