I have worked in various settings, including the NHS, with clients from different cultures and backgrounds. I work according to the needs, lifestyle and culture of the individual, rather than imposing a specific approach.
In my couple work I use an attachment based approach, Emotionally Focused Couple Therapy

I am an accredited psychodynamic psychotherapist and couple counsellor. I have been in practice for over 25 years and offer one to one short, or long-term work, according to a person's needs and in collaboration with them.
