Whatever you are facing, let's face it together. I aim to build a relationship with you that encourages you to be deeply honest with - and curious about - yourself, and then supports you to face the challenges and insights that emerge. Visit my website: sallycraigpsychotherapy.com for more about my approach.
I have over 2,000 supervised client hours' experience counselling people from all walks of life in prison and in the community, working through various issues and developing new understandings, in the context of a trusted therapeutic relationship.
I have a master's degree in advanced clinical practice (psychotherapy) and a bachelor's degree in integrative psychotherapeutic counselling, both through Middlesex University.
I offer both short term counselling focusing on a specific issue, and open-ended longer term therapy with regular reviews to consider your issues in greater depth, both in person and online. I charge no fee for your initial assessment... feel free to contact me now.
Like all UKCP registered psychotherapists and psychotherapeutic counsellors I can work with a wide range of issues, but here are some areas in which I have a special interest or additional experience.
