I offer one to one sessions for counselling and psychotherapy where I provide a safe space in which you may explore whatever is pressing for you. You may want to work on a particular issue or explore reoccurring experiences, patterns of behaviour or styles of relating. You may be suffering physically, psychologically or emotionally, and may need to express your concerns, fears and hopes. Perhaps you are searching for healing and wholeness, or are suddenly confronted with a crisis and are very anxious.
