I am an Integrative Body Psychotherapist drawing on an embodied experience of being present in oneself and with another. I have over 16 years experience working in private practice and have used and still use Biodynamic Massage as a resource, either within the context of psychotherapy, or on its own, to develop an awareness of internal sensation and connection to feelings if appropriate. I believe in the importance of creating a safe, contained and authentic space within which to explore what might be troubling you.
My past experience has been working in the front line of mental health - in day centres; crisis work; employment and training and in outreach work. I have worked for over 20 years, and continue to do so, teaching movement in various settings and specialise in facilitating women only groups.
