About Me

For me, the journey of psychotherapy is about understanding yourself better, so that you gain the confidence to reveal more of your authentic self. It was a journey to find my voice, my strength, and my feelings, through discovering hidden aspects of myself which had been buried. The journey also gave me the confidence to change aspects of my life which no longer worked for me, and to find new and more rewarding paths. I work in private practice, with clients facing a range of difficult issues in their lives. For five years I worked at Living Well, offering counselling to men and women with HIV. I also worked as a counsellor at Kingston Women’s Centre.
