About Me

With over twenty years' experience working with individuals facing life crises, relationship difficulties, anxieties, phobias and stress I feel in a strong position to offer help as an integrative psychotherapist. The author of two Open University publications - on counselling skills and on relationships - I came from a background in journalism, and taught creative writing in adult education and institutions. This pointed the way to encourage and support students wanting to explore their inner worlds; and ultimately me to change careers. Nowadays, I work with dreams, Gestalt methods, psychodrama and the transpersonal - in a quiet, country setting overlooking the garden.
