My Approach

I can help with issues such as relationship problems, anxiety, depression, panic attacks, bereavement and loss, sexual orientation, anger management and addictive behaviour. I am also interested in existential concerns relating to how we derive meaning and motivation. I bring this understanding to my practice.

Throughout my experience working in organisations and corporations, I am familiar with the demands a stressful work environment can place on our professional and personal lives.

I hold additional qualifications to better assist people with neurodiversity and disability.

I am trained in Transactional Analysis and hold an MSc in Psychotherapy, working with clients from various backgrounds and cultures.
