My Approach

Core Process Psychotherapy is a psychodynamic approach that incorporates achievements of major western school of psychotherapy with Buddhist's philosophy.
I believe that building up a safe relationship creates a space where the change can happen. the relationship is the vehicle for the change.

I am a Core Process Psychotherapist with over 20 years of experience in working with people.

Special Interests

Like all UKCP registered psychotherapists and psychotherapeutic counsellors I can work with a wide range of issues, but here are some areas in which I have a special interest or additional experience.

I work with people who are addicted to drugs, alcohol and compulsive or/and risky sexual behaviours.
The majority of my clients are people who are suffering from depression and anxiety. It usually requires a long therm cooperation between the therapist and client.
I have experience in working with couples sicking help with their relationship. as well as with those needing some support after they split up with their partners.
I work with couples and with family members who want to improve their relationships.
Some people can't access psychotherapy in their area, some others feel more comfortable when they are not being seen. For those and some other reasons i decided to offer sessions over the telephone. It started to be really appreciated form of therapy during lockdown.
