Sometimes in life we feel overwhelmed, insecure and uncertain. This can be as a result of losing someone we care about, feeling unsatisfied and discouraged at work, financial pressures, illness, or relationship difficulties. Sometimes you may not know exactly why you feel burdened and unhappy and this in itself can be unsettling.
I have experience of working with a wide range of issues including stress, depression, anxiety, bereavement, addictions, emotional, physical and sexual abuse, self-harm and suicidal thoughts. Whatever difficulties you are going through I use my experience as a trained counsellor and psychotherapist to offer support and insight as we work together to explore your life and the areas you wish to change.
