I am a qualified psychodynamic psychotherapist providing one-to-one short and long term psychotherapy and counselling within a professional, confidential practice in South East London. My approach is to help you better understand your experience and develop insight into thoughts and feelings that may be contributing to areas of difficulty in your life.

As a trained psychotherapist I can support you to clarify your view on the particular challenges you are facing, listen to you and work alongside you to reach a deeper understanding of what it is that might be the cause of them.
My therapy practice is informed by psychodynamic psychotherapy, which involves an exploration of a person’s emotional and inner world, and seeks to understand the unhelpful patterns of relating and behaviour that can interfere with living a productive and meaningful life. In our work together I will encourage you to explore emotions, behaviours, significant events and relationships, and consider the underlying roots or causes for your difficulties.
