Everyone will at some point face issues or problems in their lives. You may be able to identify what these are, or perhaps you might simply have a sense of something not feeling quite right. I provide a non-judgemental, caring and supportive environment in which I will listen to the details of your experience. My aim is to help you make sense of what is happening. Together, we will begin to understand more about what it means to be you so that you are better equipped to live a meaningful life.

About Me

Hello, my name is Rebecca. Thank-you for considering me to be your therapist. I have experience in providing long and short-term psychotherapy to individuals in private, charity and IAPT Services. My professional work experience involves managing a low cost psychotherapy service and community arts and wellbeing centre. I also have a BA (Hons) in Fine Art from the Chelsea College of Art and have a keen interest in existential literature and film.
