I am an integrative psychotherapist; integrating interventions from the Psychodynamic, Humanistic, and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and Mindfulness approaches. My approach looks at the past, present, and future, and therapy offered is tailored to your unique experiences and needs. I believe the therapeutic relationship is the most important aspect of therapy and I base my relationships with clients on collaboration, trust, and partnership. I am dedicated to helping you each step of the way and understand how daunting therapy can be especially for first-timers.
