You may be seeking counselling or psychotherapy for any number of reasons. Perhaps life has got on top of you and you need a space to sort out your response. Maybe you feel low, anxious, overwhelmed or stressed and you want to work out a way through. Possibly something particular has happened to you that you need to talk about. Or perhaps you don't really know what is wrong, but feel instinctively in need of support.
I provide a safe place and a compassionate therapeutic relationship, where you can explore your thoughts and feelings and try to get back on track. I am trained in the humanistic school of counselling. I will not attempt to offer you advice or guidance, but rather I will try to understand fully the issues you bring and the effect these are having on you, so that you might find more clarity about yourself.
