Life can be challenging. Life events can de-stabilise us or we find we are stuck in cycles of behaviour or coping strategies that are difficult to change or they don't seem to serve us well anymore. We may also feel hindered from reaching our full potential or don't know where to find it.
I am trained as an integrative transpersonal psychotherapist and have an MA in transpersonal psychotherapy and counselling. The transpersonal perspective addresses all aspects of our being - spiritual, social, intellectual, emotional, physical and creative. Valuing our 'wholeness' in this way can help us heal and grow. I also pull on the different schools of psychotherapy to help tailor the therapy to your unique and individual needs.
In your therapy journey, I will use my knowledge and techniques to guide and walk beside you. I will help you to engage with your inner resources to create a sense of balance and harmony and ultimately to lead a more fulfilling and rich life.

I work with issues such as depression; anxiety; life crisis; emotional, physical or sexual abuse; stress; relationships; self-esteem issues; illness and terminal illness; bereavement and loss and sexuality.
