About Me

I am an integrative psychotherapist who specialises in working with trauma. I have over fifteen years experience working in the mental health field. My experience is in school settings, residential placements and private practice. My approach is to primarily to meet your needs collaboratively within the therapy space. I work creatively to help you access a deeper understanding of what you are working through. My particular expertise is working with clients experiencing symptoms of PTSD, dissociation, trauma within the body, developmental trauma, depression, loss and grief.

I work with individuals (adults, children and adolescents) parents/carers with their children and supervise professionals such as social workers and teachers working in SEND/SEMH provisions.
