My Approach

I offer a safe, confidential and non judgemental space where you can explore and work through things that are troubling you. i work from a psychoanalytic and trauma informed perspective, which recognises that current difficulties can be linked to previous experiences. However I think that one of the most important aspects of therapy is the supportive therapeutic relationship and the space that can allow for thinking and feeling.
When you contact me either by phone or email I will usually offer an initial assessment session to meet face to face. This gives us an opportunity to explore what you might need help with and see if we feel a "good fit".
My fees are from £50 to £80. The lower fee is for students or those on low income. If you are looking for low fee please let me know as I only offer a limited number.

About Me

I trained at the Arbours Association in North London. My background is in NHS mental health where I have worked for over 30 years. I have worked as a psychotherapist and MBT Practitioner and I currently manage a residential Crisis House for women within the NHS.
