My Approach

There are many things that you might find yourself struggling with, such as, trying to seek meaning and purpose in life, work problems, relationship difficulties, addiction or mourning the losses and changes that are happening to you. You might be feeling adrift in a rapidly changing world, alone, cut off from others or caught in a trap and doing things that you do not find fulfilling anymore. Perhaps you are angry, anxious, depressed or having thoughts of suicide and you are unsure of how to cope with these feelings.
Identify and explore defence mechanisms that unconsciously crept into your life. Let’s create a space where mutual understanding and trust is highly valued.

About Me

I offer my service to individuals, couples and groups who struggle with anxiety, depression, loneliness, relationship difficulties (including relationship with self), racial and cultural identity, trauma, shame, low self-esteem, anger management, minority stress and emotional intelligence.

I completed the studies in:
MSc in Psychotherapy (Relational Transactional Analysis),
Clinical Diploma in Transactional Analysis Psychotherapy,
Dip. Psychotherapeutic Counselling,
Dip. Sexology (Sexual Health and Gender Problems),
Dip. Applied Psychology,
BSc in Sociology with specialisation on processes of human communication,
Practitioner Cert. in Clinical Assessment.
I am Certified Transactional Analyst (CTA),

I am member of:
UK Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP Reg No. 2011184193)
British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy (Registered Member of BACP, MBACP, 373084),
