About Me

I am an experienced and fully accredited psychotherapist (CTA) with an MSc from the Metanoia Institute. I have worked for a number of years in the charity sector and also have a private practice in Billericay, Essex working with individuals of all cultures, faiths and sexualities both short and long term.

As a registered member of UKCP I abide by their Ethical Framework for Good Practice; I am also a member of Metanoia, EATA and IARTA.

I practice Transactional Analysis, an integrative approach in the humanistic tradition. Each client will have their own personal treatment plan which provides a structured and focused way to address their thought processes to help understand inner conflicts and find new ways to alleviate and deal with distress. I have a particular interest in 'Relational' therapy; a way of exploring difficult, repetitive inter-personal experiences and options for change.
