I use the Mindfulness-based Core Process approach which recognises there is no real separation between mind/body; it is an holistic presence and person-centred approach founded on the principle of the mind/body's inherent capacity for health. The therapist invites mindful enquiry in the client through compassionate enquiry at a pace which creates a safe holding for the client at the same time as building capacity for the client's own holding and ability to be with their unfolding process.
My intention as a psychotherapist is to help you discover and nurture a wholesome authentic way to relate to yourself, to others and life events. You have the answers to your problems and through the core process approach, I aim to help you find them. I offer a free initial meeting - please visit my website to request a meeting and for more information about how I work. I currently offer psychotherapy sessions online and by telephone. Let's talk and see if we can work together - just email or phone to arrange a time speak.
