Imagine being able to talk about what's bothering you to someone who won't judge you or try to "fix" things or make you feel you could be a burden. My job as therapist is to listen without judgement and to work with you at your own pace. You may be struggling with stress, anxiety, depression, relationship issues or loneliness, going through a major life transition or simply feel stuck and want a way to move forward. I can offer a calm, supportive, confidential space where together, we can explore your difficulties, self criticism and negative thoughts and behaviours and enable you to achieve a happier, more satisfying life.
I am an integrative therapist and counsellor, which means I draw on a number of therapeutic approaches and find the best and most appropriate way to work with you. Depending on your needs, I offer short-term counselling to deal with a specific issue, and longer, more open-ended work.
