These are strange times. Perhaps you find life is overwhelming you or maybe you are struggling with a sudden crisis? Have you lost your sense of direction? Maybe you are trying really hard to accept life as is, or no matter how hard you try to make changes, time and again you meet similar situations, recognisable patterns seem to be repeating themselves?
I have practised existential psychotherapy for over a decade because it rhymes so closely with my views on life and my own experiences in therapy.
As a psychotherapist, I will help you to connect to yourself at a deeper level and rediscover bits of yourself that you may have lost along the way. It I can also support you in finding meaning and new perspectives so that you may feel more at peace in yourself. This process may assist you to explore new avenues in your life and face life’s challenges with different eyes, both today and in the future.
