My Approach

My approach attempts to fit the needs and personal circumstances of each person and the therapeutic relationship I develop with you is an important part of how I work. Integrative psychotherapy combines elements drawn from different schools of psychological theory and research to become a flexible and inclusive approach. My practice is particularly informed by psychodynamic and attachment theory, relational concepts and underpinned with a trauma informed model.

About Me

Hello, my name is Nujoji and I am a psychotherapist and counsellor working in London and online. I am passionate about my work and I firmly believe that therapy can bring about positive change to people's lives.

It is natural to feel lost or confused when facing emotional difficulties, such as the ending of a relationship, when going through big change or you are feeling overwhelmed by past events. You are not alone if you are experiencing anxiety, unhelpful behaviours or you are feeling isolated. These are human experiences that we can all go through.

Psychotherapy provides a calm and non-judgemental space where you can reflect, explore and deal with the difficulties in your life.
