CURRENT OCCUPATION: Nicola works as a lecturer on the national CBT for Eating Disorders programme at the University of Sheffield. BACKGROUND INFORMATION: Nicola is a Mental Health Nurse, Cognitive Behaviour Therapist, Psychoanalytic Psychotherapist and Person-Centred Counsellor. She has undertaken the University of Oxford (CREDO) Enhanced Cognitive Behaviour Therapy for eating disorder (CBT-E) training; the Eating Disorder Education and Training Scotland (EEATS) training in Family Based Treatment (FBT); the South London and Maudsley (SLAM) Multi-Family Therapy for Anorexia (MFT-AN) training; the Tavistock Relationships ‘Parents as Partners’ training and ‘Mentalisation Based Treatment for [high conflict] Couples’ (MBT-CT) training.
