My Approach

I can help your child and/or you with a wide range of difficulties including anxiety, peer relationships, family, panic disorder, separation, divorce and depression. Together we can explore the issues that are troubling. I will provide a safe, non-judgemental and confidential space that will help us develop a unique therapeutic relationship that brings insight and understanding. Through the therapeutic relationship, I believe change occurs and therefore I offer a safe, compassionate space for clients to express and explore themselves.

I am integratively trained, using as a basis psychodynamic, child-centred and trauma theory alongside talking therapy with play and art techniques employing a variety of media including sand to help self-expression and awareness.

I hold a full enhanced DBS and follow the Child Protection regulations. I work to the ethical standards of my accrediting organisations UKCP and the BACP.

I operate a sliding scale of fees depending on income. Please contact me to discuss either by phone or email.

Hello, I am a Child & Adolescent Psychotherapist and adult therapeutic counsellor working in Enfield, North London.
