About Me

Hello, I am a psychotherapist and counsellor who offers integrative psychotherapy in North and West London as well as via Skype. I offer a supportive, non judgemental space where we will be able to look together at your life, and help to make sense of the questions or issues which might have led you to counselling or therapy.

In working together, I would hope that we can find meaning hidden within the problems you face and use this meaning to facilitate positive change in your life.

I make use of creative work, visualisations, dream interpretation and the therapeutic relationship in my work with clients when appropriate and in line with your needs.

Having trained at the Centre for Counselling and Psychotherapy Education, I am a registered member of the UKCP, A member of the BACP and have a post graduate diploma in transpersonal integrative psychotherapy and counselling. In addition to this I have a first class degree in psychology and I am currently undertaking a research MA in transpersonal psychotherapy looking at social exclusion in psychotherapy. I am very interested in how we can be empowered and enriched by our differences rather than excluded because of them.

I have a wide range of experience having worked within a number of different counselling services.
