My Approach

My integrative approach draws on Transactional Analysis, CBT, DBT, and mindfulness-based methods to explore underlying patterns and translate insight into meaningful, lasting change. I hold an MSc in Transactional Analysis Psychotherapy and have over ten years of clinical experience.

About Me

I specialise in ADHD, providing therapy, counselling, and coaching for adults who want to understand their ADHD mind, regulate emotions, and build sustainable systems for daily life. I also supervise and support practitioners who have ADHD themselves or who work with ADHD clients, helping them gain confidence, structure, and therapeutic direction.

I am the author of three professional books on ADHD, including Travel into the ADHD Mind: Strategies to Work with ADHD Clients, which offers therapists and counsellors a complete treatment plan and structured framework for clinical and coaching work with ADHD.

Many of my clients come to me feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure how to move forward in life or relationships. I believe that with the right understanding, structure, and compassionate support, everyone can find clarity, balance, and motivation again.

Special Interests

Like all UKCP registered psychotherapists and psychotherapeutic counsellors I can work with a wide range of issues, but here are some areas in which I have a special interest or additional experience.

I am an author of three professional books on ADHD, including Travel into the ADHD Mind: Strategies to Work with ADHD Clients, which offers therapists and counsellors a complete treatment plan and structured framework for ADHD work. My clinical specialism focuses on ADHD across therapy, counselling, and coaching, supporting adults to understand their ADHD mind, manage emotions, and build sustainable systems for everyday life. I also supervise and mentor practitioners who have ADHD themselves or who work with ADHD clients, helping them develop confidence, clarity, and direction in their practice. My integrative approach draws on Transactional Analysis, CBT, DBT, and mindfulness to translate insight into practical, compassionate change. My goal is to make ADHD-focused work accessible, effective, and grounded in both psychological theory and lived experience.
Neurodivergent Couples I specialise in supporting neurodivergent couples to understand their communication patterns, emotional needs, and sensory differences. Many couples I work with experience cycles of misunderstanding where one partner feels unseen or overwhelmed, and the other feels rejected despite trying hard to help. My approach focuses on translating these experiences into mutual understanding, practical strategies, and emotional connection. Drawing on Transactional Analysis, attachment theory, and neurodiversity-affirming practice, I help couples explore how ADHD, autism, and other neurotypes influence relationship dynamics, emotional regulation, and daily routines. Together, we develop ways to balance different processing speeds, social energy, and sensory needs while nurturing closeness and respect. I also offer professional training and supervision for therapists working with neurodivergent relationships, bridging the gap between traditional couples therapy and neurodiversity-informed approaches.
