I practice as an integrative counsellor in rural South Norfolk. Appointments are either via the Zoom platform or Walking and Talking Therapy for those who prefer being outside.
My initial training was in an integrative and relational way of counselling. Over the years this approach to therapy has allowed me to integrate transpersonal, mindfulness and focusing psychotherapy alongside more classical approches such as psychodynamics and transactional analysis. These different theoretical traditions allow for a tailored approach to suit the individual. My goal is to facilitate the process of self exploration and self understanding.
The work I do with clients can be short term or long term, depending on what we decide together.
