My Approach

I hold an MSc. in Integrative Psychotherapy and UKCP accreditation in Clinical Supervision.

About Me

A very warm welcome, I'm so glad you're here. You have taken a courageous first step towards improving your life satisfaction.

I know that sometimes our sense of direction and ways of coping in life can get a little out of sync and even friends or loved ones seem absent or unable to help. Sometimes they’re part of the problems we are dealing with. Whether you’re seeking a simple improvement or healing from deep wounds, within yourself and/or with others, I can help. As a psychotherapist I come into your situation with fresh eyes, an open heart, and much experience and strength to help you regain your sense of who you are.

About Me

I have over 20 years’ experience in the caring professions and a Master’s Degree in Psychotherapy. In our sessions, we will work together to build a safe and secure environment; where you don’t feel judged, and you have the freedom to explore which ever issue you’ve come to therapy for.

I have always had a passion for working with people, and I’m truly humbled by every person who makes that brave journey towards self-knowing and development in therapy. I have specialist interests in family estrangement, emotional regulation, life transitions, relational trauma and childhood trauma. I, of course, offer gender and sexuality affirmative therapy; and cross-cultural therapy. As well as working with a wide range of issues including anxiety, depression, stress, loneliness and sexual health. In addition to relationship and work related issues.

I offer a full range of psychotherapy services to meet your unique needs. I believe that finding the right therapist is an important part of reaching out for help. Like other psychotherapists I draw on my own personal growth and psychotherapy experiences alongside my formal graduate training to enhance our work together. I have a background in Social Work and held an honorary contract with the NHS.

Our work together is about more than quick fixes. It’s about gently uncovering the deeper patterns that may be impacting your now, and helping you explore these to see whether they continue to serve you.

In our time together, we’ll explore your inner world with care and curiosity. You'll begin to cultivate self-compassion, which can transform how you relate to yourself and those around you. Over time, this process will help you feel more grounded, more in control of your emotions, and better equipped to meet life’s challenges with clarity and confidence.

I deeply believe in the healing power of a genuine, trusting relationship. That’s why I work hard to create a protective, supportive space where you can feel truly seen, heard, and accepted; just as you are.

In our first session, we’ll take things at your pace. It’s a time for us to begin getting to know each other, talk about what’s brought you here, and start thinking about what you hope to gain from therapy. There’s no pressure to share everything at once; it’s okay to start small. What matters most is that you feel supported as we begin this journey.

So call, and we can talk about what’s going on for you and whether I might be a good fit for helping you at this point in your journey. I look forward to hearing from you!

Special Interests

Like all UKCP registered psychotherapists and psychotherapeutic counsellors I can work with a wide range of issues, but here are some areas in which I have a special interest or additional experience.

Welcome. I'm so glad you've arrived here. If you're seeking supervision that supports deep, embodied growth; not simply clinical oversight. You've come to the right place. This is a space for reflection, relational depth, and authentic exploration of who you are as a therapist and a human being. My approach to supervision is rooted in trauma-competent care, contemporary relational Gestalt principles, and integrative psychotherapy. That means we'll pay close attention to the whole o your experience. Your body, emotions, intuition, and relational field. Together we'll explore what arises in your work with patients, including the subtle relational dynamics, themes of countertransference, and the ways your own story may intersect with theirs. This is not about striving for perfection. It’s about growing your capacity to be fully present with yourself and your patients. We’ll work to build a deeper awareness of how you show up in the therapeutic relationship, how you hold space for trauma and complexity, and how to regulate and resource yourself as a clinician. Supervision, for me, is a collaborative, living relationship. I believe healing happens in connection, and I prioritise creating a space where you feel safe to be vulnerable, curious, and fully human. Whether you're processing a challenging session, seeking support for clinical decision-making, or feeling the emotional weight of the work. You will be met with warmth, honesty, and deep respect. I am an accredited psychotherapist and clinical supervisor with the UKCP and BACP, holding an MSc in Integrative Psychotherapy. With over 20 years' experience in the caring professions, I offer trauma-competent, relational, and integrative clinical supervision to psychotherapists and counsellors. My supervision approach is grounded in relational Gestalt, attachment theory, and body-based awareness. I create a reflective, collaborative space where you can deepen clinical insight, explore the relational dynamics in your work, and stay resourced in your therapeutic role. I work integratively, drawing from your unique style and training while supporting your continued development as a safe, attuned, and ethically grounded practitioner. I have a particular interest in supervising therapists working with: Relational and developmental trauma | Childhood trauma and attachment wounds | Family Estrangement | Character styles and shame-based identity structures | Plant medicine integration within a psychotherapeutic context Whether you're newly qualified or an experienced therapist, supervision with me offers a steady and supportive space to process, grow, and reconnect with your professional and personal self. As I'm trained as an integrative psychotherapist and social worker. By the very nature of each of these, I naturally use the 7-eyed supervision model. Our first session is a gentle starting point. A place for you and I to land. We’ll take time to slow down, arrive together in the space, and begin exploring your intentions for supervision. This might include what’s currently emerging in your clinical work, what kinds of support you’re seeking, or simply the kind of relationship you’d like to co-create in supervision. You’re welcome to bring anything that feels alive for you. Questions, themes from work with patients, relational dynamics, or even places where you feel stuck or unsure. There's no pressure to perform or have it all worked out. This is a space of exploration, not perfection. We’ll also talk through the practicalities of our work together. Frequency, structure, boundaries, and begin building the safety and trust that will support deeper exploration over time. This is your space to reflect, integrate, and grow. I’m honoured to walk alongside you as you deepen into your role as a trauma-competent, relationally attuned therapist. My supervision fees are: • £100 for 90 minutes • £67 for 60 minutes
