My vast experience across varying mental health modalities has enable me to work therapeutically and compassionately with more complex and challenging mental health issues.
As an Integrative Psychotherapist I believe in the whole and uniqueness of each person. So I work holistically to integrate all aspects of the individual. This include body, mind, feelings and spirit. I will work mindfully and creatively with you.
My practice is informed by various theoretical thoughts that suggest best practice in to dealing with specific problems or issues that you may be experiencing. As an example of my practice, it maybe that I look at solutions to managing or resolving your problems or explore your thoughts, emotions and behavioural responses to situations or to drill deeply into past experiences to gain insight and releasing areas of stuckness to allow you live a more fulfilled life.
