People often come to see me for support with;
Trauma, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, addiction, life transitions, and work-related stress.
My approach to therapy is collaborative and reflective, grounded in the belief that meaningful change happens when people feel genuinely heard and understood.
As an Integrative Psychotherapist, I draw on a range of approaches tailored to each person, working relationally and with awareness of cultural and intersectional contexts.
Together we may explore emotional patterns, past experiences, and relationships, and how these influence your responses in the present. Therapy is not about judgement or quick fixes, but about developing understanding, resilience, and new possibilities for change.
I aim to offer a safe and respectful space where difficult experiences can be explored at your own pace.
Many people seek therapy when they feel overwhelmed, stuck, or are carrying experiences that are difficult to process alone. Therapy can offer a space to pause, reflect and begin to understand what is happening beneath the surface.
I am a UKCP-accredited Integrative Psychotherapist and Supervisor with over 20 years’ experience in the mental health field, working with individuals, couples and groups. My approach includes integrating relational psychotherapy with EMDR trauma therapy, supporting clients to process difficult experiences and develop greater emotional resilience.
I have over 15 years’ experience working in addiction services and hold a Diploma in Drugs and Alcohol. My work also includes workplace counselling and Critical Incident Stress Management (CISM) for organisations.
I offer a safe, thoughtful and non-judgemental therapeutic space where meaningful change and personal growth can begin
If you feel that therapy may be helpful at this point in your life, you are welcome to get in touch to explore whether working together might be supportive for you.
Like all UKCP registered psychotherapists and psychotherapeutic counsellors I can work with a wide range of issues, but here are some areas in which I have a special interest or additional experience.
